“If you are coming to this service, you are probably in a lot of pain and this isn't the place to go to. I think it may be more on the reflection of practice at Harvard Vanguard of overbooking patients more than the doctor. I have been with this practice for 4 years. They have all my records, treatments, and they are supposed to just give me an injection like before. But it's taken series of video conferences, 2 cancelled treatments, and numerous phone calls that goes to nowhere and random call backs during critical times without me being able to talk to an actual person. We are in July of 2021 and there is no excuse and can't blame Covid-19. If you can't handle the patient load, DO NOT TAKE THEM ON. I tried to raise this to the manager (of scheduling?) but nobody is calling. Asked my doctor for a referral to another place and trying to get things as I've wasted 3 months with this office. Don't make the same mistakes as me.”
