“Dr. Jackson took the time with me to understand what brought me there and what I was experiencing. However I felt that he was judgmental of mental health issues before he walked in the door and sit down with me, although I do understand his concern these issues had nothing to do with why I was referred to him. I would have been more than happy to answer questions, had he asked instead of forming judgement, in regards to being stable for over a decade on that front. All in all he did offer help to get me to my already scheduled surgery date, which I am grateful for. His nurse was much more compassionate and genuinely cared about my problem. She was great making sure I was comfortable. Sadly, I didn't get any information if I had medicine issues from today until my surgery. All in all I didn't expect to need pain management after my surgery and, again, was given pain control meds; could have done without his judgmental idea of me without asking.”
