Dr. Harpreet Dhiman, D.O., PLLC - Pain Management in Lockport, New York

“I had an appointment with Dr. Dhiman in her West Seneca office before she relocated to Lockport NY. Throughout my appointment with her, there were a few disturbances that I found very uncomfortable, very unprofessional, and very disrespectful as far as this provider's behavior and how she carried on treating me unprofessionally. Dr. Dhiman took the time to hear as to why I was seen by her that day. But, she did NOT listen to and or take anything I told her into consideration about managing my pain. Dr. Dhiman told me she was trying to build and win me a case. I told her all I wanted was my pain that I am in to stop and I could care less about building and winning a case! After I told Dr. Dhiman that and her finding out what health insurance I had. Dr. Dhiman only offerd me epidural injections. I refused her epidural injections. I explained to her in the beginning of my appointment with her as to why. Again, Dr. Dhiman heard me but, still was not listening at this point (told her more than 3Xs, they worsen pain!) She told me she could not help me and that her hands were tied. Dr. Dhiman ordered six weeks of Chiropractic Care and Physical therapy without managing my pain. Refused to sign forms I needed to turn into the insurance company so she could get paid and I would not be billed. Only because she did not understand the form. Stated she never seen and or heard of the form. Seeing her was a waste of time out my life, waste of gas, and was NOT worth the pain I endured! Because of Dr. Dhiman, I am still in pain and I have bill collectors calling me day and night! I do not and would not recommend Dr. Dhiman for care... not even animals!”

She worked with me to expedite the process with my primary care physician, and had an appointment very quickly. She educated me in the healthiest ways to eliminate my pain.
