“Dr. Masimore is a very intelligent doctor. He's big on educating his patience. Every single visit he will go over the material to make sure you understand you can ask him any question he will answer it he ends every appointment by telling you if you have any questions don't hesitate to call. I've currently gone through a very tragic events in my life the office staff and Dr M have been caring and amazing . Doc offered words of encouragement he truly cares. I want to address some of these bad reviews. If you're not willing to put the work in and you're only trying to come to this office to get meds this is not the place for you. If you want to learn about pain how it affects both your body and your mind, or how underlying issues can exasperate pain and how to help ease it or fix it this is the place for you. As far as raising a voice at a patient I will say this. Dr m is human . It's not right for someone to come into your home and scream at you just like it's not right for someone to walk into his office and scream at him and his staff. When you read these reviews just remember there's two sides and you are getting aside of someone who is upset possibly not getting their way. If you're considering a doctor to help with pain this is the doctor.”

“My first time seeing Dr. Masimore was today. In less than 2 hours he gave more info than any doctor I've ever seen. He also took the time to explain everything in great detail and didn't run in the room and spend 5 minutes and leave like most doctors in the past have. He was very thorough with his exam and getting to know myself and my conditions. I don't believe the negative reviews one bit. If you do what you're supposed to there should be no problem! The office staff was also beyond polite and helpful! 5 stars!”

“Let me start off by saying I was not his patient my husband was until he passed away in Dec 2023. I went to each appointment, though. The office staff is friendly and easy to get along with. We had issues with my insurance not paying, and they didn't hound me about it they said they were working on getting it fixed. You do wait a short period before seeing the doctor, but in my experience, you do no matter what doctor you see anymore. Dr. Masimore is a very intelligent man. He was nothing but informative and helpful to my husband and myself. He is very keen on making sure you're taking your medications as directed and not abusing them. Which is great because so many people nowadays are addicts. He was always willing to adjust his medication as needed if it was necessary. My husband had decompensated liver disease and was struggling with many complications of his disease. Dr. Masimore would always take time to go over what the struggles were since the last visit and try to give any advice or education he could to help. I appreciate the helpfulness and compassion that he had for my husband during the last year.”

“I have never been treated so badly by a doctor...He talks the whole time...and if I tried to answer he cut me off...He tries to intimidated and bully you....I didn't agree with him and he labeled me uncooperative...Said he Cldnt help me...then proceeded to degrade me in waiting area and say u can come back....I said no ty! This man who has a God complex is arrogant and verbally abusive...NOBODY DOES THAT TO ME....Btw the staff was so nice and u can tell they tip toe around this angry man...They were so apologetic for his behavior....I left and sat and cried in my car!”
