“I cannot thank him enough. Involved in a car accident, I was completely lost among all these money-pursuing medical providers. I visited his nj office for a 2nd opinion with a hope. Thank God, I did!! He was so prompt giving me accurate diagnosis, proper treatments. Unlike other doctors, he wanted me to try passive approaches first (PT & stretches) before he suggests me injections or any further treatments. He always checks on me if I am following my routine stretching exercise, first. His injections worked very very good. I was wondering why other doctors injections did not work like his. “If I could give Dr. Hanna and his staff 100 stars, I (Mrs. C) would. Dr. Hanna is exceptional. First of all, I would like to say thank you to Dr. Hanna and his staff for the amazing office he runs. His office is well organized. He is on top of what is going on with all his staff, medical issues and his patients. His staff is very respectful, welcoming, attentive and treats me with courtesy. The receptionists are very helpful and remind me of all my appts- thank you Maria for always calling me- I always look forward to you calls. His medical assistants are also very efficient. Sydney has been AMAZING, attentive, efficient, comforting before my procedure. She listens to my concerns/worries, provides the information to the doctor in detail, helps out with referrals (like physical therapists or any other specialists) given by Dr. Hanna. The courtesy and generosity made me feel so safe. Dr. Hanna is incredibly knowledgeable with amazing beside manner. He answers any questions that I have and puts me at ease. I am so glad I found such a wonderful doctor. Dr. Hanna explains things in a way that are easy to understand. He listens carefully to any of my concerns. The wait time is less than 15 minutes in the waiting area. I am always able to talk to Dr. Hanna about any health questions and concerns. Dr. Hanna remembers and is familiar with my medical history. He talks to me about the proposed treatment, options, risks, benefits. He also shows concerns for my questions and worries. HE ALWAYS SHOWS RESPECT FOR WHAT I HAVE TO SAY and he will spend enough time to make sure all my questions are asked. When considering a rating scale from 0 (worse provider) to 10 (best provider), I will give Dr. Hanna above 10. I have already recommended Dr. Hanna to my family and friends.
