“Yesterday, I had an appointment at 10:45am. I didn't get out of there until 12:48pm. I had been waiting for a long time to be seen by the doctor. While waiting I was already suffering from flu like symptoms. I vomited 3 times while waiting to be seen. I had another appointment to go see my primary doctor for my symptoms and missed that appointment because I had wait there so long. When patients are late for their appointment, usually they make you come another time but when they take forever to see you, you just have to deal with it. The saddest part is that no apology is given when they take forever to see you. I feel like my time is just as important as theirs. I understand that sometimes things can get behind time, but again, apologizing would have been most appreciated.”
