“Front desk are the worst people you'll ever deal with, very very rude, with no respect. Patients waiting for the doctor more than 40 minutes but if the patient is 5 minutes late you'll not see the doctors. Office hours from 8:30-4:30. They closed the door at 4:00pm and I took my dad and we were 5 minutes late and the ladies won't even try to come and talk to us. My dad was not feeling well and at 2:58 I've tried to call to let them know we will running a few minutes late. I was shocked that they do NOT accept messages or calls after 3pm. Someone with a brain should either fire those ladies or do something about that service. Doctors are knowledgeable and nice just office management's and service are HORRIBLE.”
