Hello! Yes we have been in the process of moving to our brand new building! Our phone servers were down while moving so instead we were making phone calls personally. I do apologize for whatever mishap this has caused. Our phone servers are back up and flooded with voicemails and messages that our lovely staff are getting to as quickly as possible. “The only reason why I am giving it a 3 and not a 2 is because Dr Riber has been the one doctor that has helped and worked with my husband since he decided to find an alternative to taking pills for his pain. When I first met Sir Riber he was patient and answered all of the questions I had even drawing a diagram to help explain it to me. But seeing his PA and trying to speak to someone on the phone to handle my husband's appointment and billing has been a complete nightmare!! They never answer the phone no matter how many messages you leave, nor answer web messages sent via the portal. I am still trying to understand why my husband has a bill on a date that we had paid in advance and at the time of the visit for a week now! This is insane! Oh and the 3 stars is also due to them being professional and pleasant while there. They just need to work on their back office staff a bit or hire some new staff.”
