“This review has been long overdue, but I first saw Dr. Itano a few months ago. She was and continues to be incredibly caring and spent extra time to sit through and explain everything to me. She also took the time to organize and understand my medical history in the context of my pain, very thoroughly. In STARK contrast to the previous doctor I was consulting, who spent less than a total of 5 minutes with me. She has been very prompt in ordering my images and getting my medications prescribed. I have seen her multiple times since and she is always accommodating, doing her best to work with my schedule. Her MA - Brooke if I remember correctly is also super helpful! Overall, one of the best physicians I have met - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I visited Dr. Itano for neck and back issues and I brought along x-rays of both areas. Dr. Itano checked my reflexes , resistance strength and range of motion and explained in detail (from the x-rays) the narrowing between discs and movement of discs. I have started therapy based on her recommendation and feel that this is a clear and good path to take to help with range of motion and mild periodic pain issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Itano and her staff as they listen, take time, and are very courteous. I'll be BACK!!!”

“Totally negative experience. I was transferring in from out of state after 4+ years of extremely positive experience there. Dr. Itano didn''t seem keen to have new patient. Emphasized that it might be long time before I would hear back from her due to lengthy and complex process of getting insurance authorization, in spite of the fact that I had no problems having 4 + years of complete insurance coverage with my prior physiatrist office. In fact, I never heard back from her again. She simply dropped me and disappeared. Sice this was during co-vid I was very patient. But, after a year of not hearing back, Needless to say, I cannot and Do Not Recommend Her or her office for anyone! 5/22 Following up to the office response (below) suggesting that perhaps I, the patient, had erred and failed to provide adequate records to Dr Itano and her office as reason for being dropped: When I provided the identical records to my new office and physician as had been provided to Dr Itano, with no changes or additions, I was, within 2 weeks of my initial contact with them, not only seen for an appointment, but had had an MRI AND received my first in office TREATMENT! Very Impressive! Very different experience entirely”
