“Dr. McCoy was my pain doctor since 2016 I had never had an issue with him. I'm disabled with chronic pain, I broke my neck and spine. Somehow without notice a couple of years ago my doctor was switched to Dr. Bridgewater whom was in the same office. The office ended up shutting down referring us to different doctors and locations. I ended up in a place that was racist and refused to continue my services with them. My physician referred me to Pain management of America. I ended up finding my old doctor so I was excited finally I can be with someone I trust. Boy was I wrong! I went to my appointment with Dr. Mccoy and he told me that I was still in the system at another office, I assured him that I wasn't. I was told once it's verified I can continue my next appointment. Weeks go by after verification and several phone calls. They kept telling me the same thing so I went to my old office, ask them to dismiss me from their system, and give me a letter to give to Dr. Mccoy. Took it to his office and called a few days later and the receptionist said she's sorry they won't be able to help me. Are you serious??? You took me thru weeks of run arounds to tell me you can't help me, and I'm dealing with all this pain on my own. Shame on you Dr. Mccoy!!”

“I have been given spinal injections for many years, the worst I ever had was in my lower back, once I received one that left me barely able to walk for two weeks, and the pain was worse than before I was given the injection. Dr. Mcoy is the only Dr. I have allowed to attempt to give me another injection there, I am so thankful that I did, not only was the injection only mildly uncomfortable, it's the first time in many years that I have had relief so much so that I have been calling anyone I can think of who has to get spinal injections and tell them about what a difference Dr. Mcoy has made for me. I couldn't hardly stand to tie my shoes because of the pain in my lower back, getting up or anything involving bending over at all has been a misery. I was able to get a good night's sleep without waking up every 30 minutes to move around until I was able to go back to sleep. I feel even better today and I look forward to getting my regular injections from him as I am a new patient and I now know that he is the very best Dr. I have ever been given a spinal injection by. I could tell when I first spoke with him that he listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and cared about his work and patients. The nurses and all of the staff were very kind and friendly, I look forward to being a patient of theirs from now on.”

“I have been seeing Dr. McCoy for almost two year. I am a real mess, 2 bad back surgeries, a torn rotator cuff, both knees are bone on bone. Also my sciatica is covered in arthritis. All these issues are many years old. I lived in Southern California and had no money after the first botched back surgeries. I also have Lupus SLE. And I am a heart patient. After my quadruple bypass surgery I had to sell my house in Southern California to pay my debts and wound up moving to Tennessee to live with very close friends. I live my life in pain and at my age 74 1/2 not much can be done. Dr. McCoy is such a calm man he is just relaxing to be around. Since I am a chronic patient I now see his Nurse Practitioner and Candace is also a very calm person. I highly recommend this office. I am in a wheelchair and the staff are just so kind!”
