“I liked Dr. Bagnall but I'm finding it impossible to get through to his office. When I do get through, I have to leave a message that his staff does not respond to. It's been 2 weeks since I saw him and I'm supposed to get back shots. They were supposed to get insurance authorization and call me with an appointment. It should not take this long but his office is closed Mondays and Fridays. How absolutely frustrating. I have been in serous pain since March and it's taken this long to refer me to Dr. Bagnall. Not happy with UB Ortho at all!”

“I spent more time filling out the insurance paperwork for his office than Dr. Bagnall spent with me. He did not examine me or go over my post-surgical notes before telling me there was nothing to be done about my pain! But I was to take heart because "thousands of people have chronic pain, so you're not alone." I do not recommend him. Going to Bagnall is like asking a stranger off the street for a qualified medical opinion. I'm giving one star because in order to post a review you have to click one. If there were negative stars I'd click those.”

“I have only seen Dr. Bagnall once for back pain. He was very pleasant and sent me to a Physical Therapist who is helping me. Dr. Bagnall said if I did not get results from Therapy he would send me for an MRI. It is too soon to make a true review, but so far I am very Satisfied!”
