He talked me through every step, explaining what to expect and addressing any concerns I had. His ability to communicate clearly and patiently helped alleviate my anxiety, making the entire experience much more pleasant than I anticipated. Dr. Velling was not only professional but also truly seems to care about his patients. You can tell he is dedicated to providing the best care possible. He listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel valued as a patient, which is something I really appreciate. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion. After my procedure, I felt confident in my decision to trust him with my care, and I will absolutely return to Dr. Velling if I need ANY further procedures done for my back.
