What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“When I met Dr Kloster ast week I thought he was very personable and friendly and had a great bedside manner. He ended up helping me by performing a blood patch to get rid of a post dural puncture headache. He explained every step that he took and how everything would work before he did it as well as telling me when something was going to happen right before he did it. I was very impressed by him and would refer anyone his direction. I will definitely be returning to him in the future for additional pain issues I have.”
— Doug B.
“I had the minuteman surgery and Dr. Kloster did it after giving me shots in the back until they were no longer working (Years after he started). If he told me something I believe him. He is very confident and confident is good if you can back it and he has. Love the man and his practice.”
— Nancy Summers
“In case your family doc doesn't tell you when they refer you to Dr Kloster, he is an anesthesiologist. He won't tell you either, you're just expected to know. He was rude, obnoxious, and condescending. I don't believe he ever referred to my MRI results or fully listened to my account of symptoms. I was told a nurse would contact me to schedule a surgical procedure. I assumed they were waiting on approval from my insurance company. After a month, I called them and they just forgot. The last straw for me was he recommended I return in a month then after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room I was told by a PA I had never met that I was early and that my insurance wouldn't allow further treatment for weeks yet. It was a total waste of my time and despite my objections they charged me anyway. His nurses told me he refuses to prescribe pain meds for cigarette smokers and won't fill out a form for a disabled parking placard.”
— Nancy Troutman
“To some, he may be harsh; but to me, he tells it like it is. He's straight and to the point. He isn't going to waste times on procedures that aren't going to help; which most doctors do so they can bill patients more. (PS most pain specialists are anesthesiologists. Think epidurals.)”
