“I was with Mocek Spine Clinic for close to 3 years and was sent a text that I have been resigned due to no show/rescheduling appointments 4 times this year (January, June, October, and November of this year). I had an appointment on Friday, November 8th at 8 am and I honestly overslept. My child was late for school on this date. I called the office at 8:03 am and was honest and apologized. I asked if I could just come in and wait until he had an opening to see me. (Let's be honest these visits are very brief.) I was told no and that I would be rescheduled for Tuesday. I did request to not get another 30 late fee because I am struggling financially, but that is neither here nor there. I was informed that someone would reach out to me because billing was done in Conway. Around 12:30pm or 1pm, I received a text telling me that my appointment was cancelled and I have been resigned from the clinic. I was devastated because I struggle with anxiety and finding another doctor and starting again is very hard. I am discouraged and disappointed. I asked to be reconsidered and was informed that Dr. Mocek was not willing to do that. I have never asked for an increase in any medications and would bring my medication as requested to each visit I never denied doing any random drug screen. I only saw Dr. Mocek once a year and when I received injections. I am know faced with finding another pain management clinic because the back pain will come back within in six months. I was excited that I just started feeling better when I was finally able to get the nerve burnt that was causing me so much pain. I hope to find another pain management clinic that operates differently and genuinely care about patients and their health.”
