“The new PA (Cynthia) doesn't listen, doesn't ask how you are feeling. Our fist meeting she walked in the office a said "You're on ta high dose of medication and we need to bring you down. When I asked if she new my situation, why I'm taking what the previous doctor gave me... Come to find out Sha had no even read my medical history. She said it didn't matter, and then she called an assistant to come... after reducing my meds twice, now she said I have to take a different medication despite a history showing poor efficacy. It's not the idea of reducing my meds, it's the rudeness and uncaring mannerisms”

“Wait-time is pretty long most visits, but other than that, I've experienced the office stepping up! I was greeted warmly at the front desk and Dr. Mullen was very nice and discussed my issues and possible problems and solutions with me throughly and patiently. There's the sweetest puppy to greet you when walking through the door into the offices, which is also a comfort. Nurse Libby is very kind and always keeps up with what's going on with me, and I'm reassured she is there for me if I need any help with anything.”

“I saw Dr Mullen & his staff originally 4 years ago when my Nero doctor suspected that I had MS. I did a personal evaluation with my elders; gratefully this didn't run in my genes. Also Dr Mullen was able to clear me after running a series of tests. Yes, I've given up to much information of myself here in hope that you will find it useful deciding what direction is best for you. I currently been going to his office seeing Dr Whitmer and thoroughly enjoy the whole staff. Who says that going to the doctor? “I am a doctor. I am a veterinarian which means that I am tasked to be a neurologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, anesthesiologist, dentist among other things. I was in a severe car accident. I am constantly amazed and impressed by the care Dr. Mullen has given me. His ability to be accurate is probably almost 100 %! Seriously I watch the fluoroscopy when he does nerve blocks and nerve ablation and his accuracy I am envious of and excited to be allowed to utilize. He is compassionate, competent and talented. As a fellow doctor, people don't understand what or why and sometimes get on social media to vent. Remember that you were not there and you do not know the whole story.
