Also, the receptionist is extremely short and rude. She is unhelpful too...not having any alternative recommendations or ideas. I see doctors all over the US, and this office seems to be one of the worst I've encountered. No wonder the doctor is in Visalia.”

“I've been going to Dr. Sorensen for close to 5 years now. I have appointments every 2 months. On July 16 I went in for my appointment, checked in and said I wanted to make a payment. The lady at the counter swiped my flex benefits card and said it declined. After that it went down hill real fast. I called to fund out why it was declined when I know I have funds. It was due to a charge from my eye doctor. The lady in front whole demeanor changed towards me. She only wanted to know when I was going to pay it. She said I couldn't my pain medication or let me schedule my next appointment.”

“So of course my post have been removed & some reviews are laughable & you surely don't want to hear the truth about this office & how they turn their backs on you & hang up on you they don't give you the benefit of the doubt nor do they ask you to explain how this happened the lab they use is famous for false positive & negatives which is extremely dangerous to patients & this office doesn't care whether it's true or not they just drop you with no consideration of your health or pain again it can & will happen to you & they don't have your back, the wash their hands & treat you like a criminal please find another office to go to before it happens to you, I have no reason to lie about this it's been almost a year now & can't find another doctor please!!!! Before your in my shoes, I rate this office a one, that's right a one out of five, of course this post will be removed for any reason because they don't want you to know the truth.
