“Dr Andrawis is caring and amazing! However his staff gives them a 1-star rating because of their bad attitudes and unprofessional behavior, especially Sara! Sara has no customer service skills and should not be dealing with the public! Sara is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. They should not have her dealing with patients at all! I have tried to complain to management several times about her behavior and the office manager doesn't care how patients are treated and turned a blind eye to everything that i said. Neither one of them should be in their current positions and both need to be retrained! Its sad that such a kind and caring doctor has such unpleasant people working for him. If you want to deal with a kind and caring STAFF go elsewhere. Melody and Sara are terrible to deal with and do not care about their patients... Sara is extremely rude even yelling at ne on the phone when asked a question... Melody is a poor excuse for an office manager as she lets this behavior and treatment to continue.”

“I trust him. He is amazing. I've been seeing Dr Andrawis for approx 20 yr , before he owned his own practice, he's always been very caring and knowledgeable. He and his staff travel to multiple locations , every week, to prevent his patients from having to travel so far to see him. I've heard people complain of the wait time but they fail to consider that he doesn't rush you during your appointment and will do unplanned injections ect, when necessary, those things take extra time during your appt.”
