He told my husband to his face if he needed any medication at all for flair ups in between spine injections to just call or message him and ask, soon as my husband did that he acted like it was not okay and then they canceled his next set of injections when he was in so much pain asking for help in the first place.. he's a liar”

“Run! This place is unorganized and unprofessional. They will schedule your appointment and then cancel your appointment the same day without informing you until you arrive at their office. They allow their staff to be disrespectful to their client's and nothing is done about it..as soon as you complain about the staff they will conjure up a lie to have you removed as a patient. Camille is extremely rude and unprofessional. Front desk never answers the phone. My pharmacist tried to call them 2 days in a row ,the mailbox was full . No one answered, I had to personally go to the office to have them to reach out to my pharmacist. They will bill your insurance even if you do not see a physician. My insurance was charged and I only saw a medical assistant. They will decrease your medications without discussing with the patient.”

“I'd love to give Dr. Quidgley a much higher review, because once I could finally get to see him, he was caring, understanding, and compassionate however, my review is tempered by the fact that as a physician, he is required to observe the Hippocratic oath to ensure his patients are taken care of and to do no harm. His practice is doing harm to his patients. I was discharged because I missed an appointment I didn't know about until the next day. The practice routinely forgot to fill medications, forcing me into withdrawal. I am now in barely manageable pain, unable to find a new practice, out of pain medication, and suffering as a result. I reached out to every person in the practice who was NOT administrative staff, only to be replied to by ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF informing me I was discharged, I could request a reinstatement in writing once I received my letter, which over 6 weeks later, I have yet to receive. Thanks to their abusive and fraudulent practices, I cannot find a decent practice in the region to take me, and my primary care physician cannot treat me. Thank you, sir. Thank you for caring more about your bottom dollar than the patients you are supposed to care for and treat. Thank you for willfully allowing us to experience the torturous pain we endure because of your mismanaged practice, and your failure to address the abuses going on. I don't regret asking questions, I don't regret calling your practice out. I only regret not leaving your practice before I was discharged, screwing myself over treatment wise. Thanks for leaving your discharged patients in agony while you sit in your gilded cage.”

“I give Eastern Virginia Medical School Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation one star because I had to. This is the most disturbing, despicable and unpleasant pain management office I have ever encountered. Doctor Quidgley Nevares maybe okay, but he seems to have no control over his lazy, unprofessional and uncaring staff. They don't return phone calls and mismanage medication. Nurse Janeth Leon incorrectly called in one-part of my two-part pain medication. This medication should not have been separated. When I questioned her, she passed me on to the practice manager instead of correcting her error. The practice manager, La'Keisa Harris, a mean, nasty and abrasive woman, would not listen to my complaint and discharged me. This episode was so horrible I filed a complaint with the Virginia Board of Medicine. These people don't care about anyone but themselves. You've been warned, so you can become a patient of this practice at your own peril.”
