“The experience I am having with lighthouse Medical is terrible. The Nurse practitioner Connie Walker is very rude and has misplaced my wife's tests twice. Every time this happens, it looks bad on my wife. The staff working there is becoming more incompetent every time she has to be seen there. The receptionist with the gray hair in the front is extremely rude and has even hung up on my wife and I several times when I asked her to give my number to the office manager. The nurse practitioner named Connie accused my wife of taking illegal drugs after she had sent the wrong persons tests to the lab. Whomever the person was apparently was doing drugs, and because the nurse labeled the tests wrong, it looked as if it was my wife's tests. My wife has been going to this clinic since it opened in 2009. from Tyrone to Windber to Jaycee drive. The new staff is just terrible at their jobs. If you are getting tested by this facility, get a blood test so there is no mistakes since they constantly misplace the patients results. The doctor has seen my wife two or three times since she began treatment. The nurses run the show free of central leadership. Surly, this can not be legal. If the staff can not handle the caseload, they should not make 5 appointments for the same time. We wait for at least an hour at every visit. I feel that the staff is overwhelmed and severely under educated, that is why mistakes are being made.”
