“Three months after my first call, I was sheduled for a procedure to help with very bad pain after 6 back operations in the last 3 years. The Blood pressure cuff in the operating room was not functioning properly as my pressure showed my reading was sky high; I had decent readings before I came in and after I left the room. The procedure was cancelled and it left me very disappointed to reamin in so much pain. The staff was very appologetic, and Dr. Hanna was adament that I go to my PC or Cardio tomorrow to get this corrected. I needed some compassion for my pain and my dissapointment at that point. He was correct to stop the procedure according to the protocol, but I still feel that the cuff was at fault as my arm was flexed and upside down. And as my BP was normal before and after, I needed some help with my pain before I left the hospital. Not drugs, just a little compassion for my pain! Dr. Hanna saw this review and called me to explain. The protocols followed were correct an he did the right thing in cancelling. But, he has yet to ask me how and where my pain is. I thought his practice is PAIN MANAGMENT. I am sure this was not a money thing, I just wish he recognized how disappointed I was and needed some encouragement. Three months later, time has been wasted, and I am still not sleeping more than two hours a night. I am now looking for someone else to help me. His office called me twice to reschedule the procedure in October!?, but I declined. I will go elsewhere.”
