“I can't say anything good about this clinic. I'm not their patient but had to get involved in a business by becoming a translator for my cousin. I'm a certified translator for Armenian, even more , I'm an examiner to certify translators for Armenian speakers from English. Also I am a Medical Worker and perfectly understand terms to translate. Services from Dr. Seltzer's staff were denied to my cousin after translating couple of sentences. Nurse stated that they cannot accept my translation to my cousin because I wasn't present. My cousin was already re-scheduled because of not providing translation to her and wasn't informed that translator has to be present. This is against civil rights. My cousin complained about it and guess what!!! Dr. Seltzer with his staff denied all being reported. Like school kids: very unprofessional way they presented excuses with false statements. I read the response from insurance and was so surprised. How unprofessional is this place!! Just be honest enough and admit your actions, address your mistakes and try to adjust your actions. That would be professional, respectful and understandable. I'm glad that my cousin requested a different provider.”

“Great Doctor. A straight shooter, who is professional, understanding, and very patient. I have "many" Doctors, as I have various health issues, and he is right up there with the best that I have. He is new to me, and is the Chief Physician, as my normal Dr is on maternity leave. She is great as well....matter of fact, all three Doctors I have seen here are pretty darn good. These are "not" the Doctors my insurance first referred to me...So, I did an online search and review of those Doctors before making my appointment...Holy crap, their reviews were horrible. So, I did some research, and found out that Synovation Medical Group were approved physicians by my insurance. Whew! It always pays to do a bit of investigating.”

“Well you try to give people the benefit of a doubt, and I did just that with Dr Lena Shoftak And all I can say is WOW!! what a STONE cold fish she is, doesnt even smile when greeting you or shake your hand, she has zero personable skills and makes you feel like your nothing !! It's bad enough living in chronic pain and you look for answers from your pain dr and she acts like your bothering her or wasting her time, she didn't even try to suggest any other form of treatment So hopefully she gets a serious attitude adjustment or remembers who she works for and how she gets paid !!”
