“WARNING TO ALL WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES: Dr. Patel disciminates against individuals with with Autism and other mental disabilities. He finds people with autism to be rude because they call him and his staff out on lying and other unprofessional behavior. If you have autism Dr Patel will instruct his office not to talk to you, take appointments, or treat you. His staff at North Metro Surgery Center he operates are completely unprofessional and the way the office is run is disorganized, rude, they constantly cancel, reschedule, reschedule the rescheduled appointments, gives check in and arrival times then changes it multiple times and, sometimes without notice or a phone call. Even after speaking on the phone and confirming the appointment via text the day before, they still lie and blame you for being "late" and suddenly changing the time from what they said before. They reschedule almost every appointment because the dr becomes "unavailable," or they cancel and leave a message to reschedule all the time. They do not own up to their own mistakes, it happens all of the time with constant phone calls to the office manager to get anything scheduled right and it is difficult every single time you show up for a procedure or appt. They have no idea what organization or scheduling is, but they should figure it out. Dr Patel won't admit when he's wrong, has no empathy to health conditions or what their constant changing and lying is doing to a person. Their lies and misinformation cause a procedure not to happen, and now someone is suffering because of it, and this isn't the first time. Dr. Patel will come in accusing you of treating his staff a certain way when he doesn't listen or care that himself and his staff are at fault and can't own up to a mistake they caused but is very quick to point fingers and blame you for something that was their fault. Be warned, this place is not for anyone who actually wants to keep an appointment or time they were given. Completely unreliable and disorganized. I feel completely discriminated against and fear ever returning. I will say that after a couple of years of being a patient, Dr Lauren was great, and only a few people in this location are good. Avoid their surgery center as the staff there is worse. Go elsewhere!.”
