Phone calls from their office during the evening rather than normal business hours. Not compassionate. After almost 2 months, the Dr. cancelled the appointment we had and referred us to Stanford,UC Davis, UCSF. Meanwhile, my daughter had been brought in ER and admitted to hospital... imagine if her office was responsive and professional?
