“I basically got discharged from this practice because I had a disagreement with a doctor about my medication after them playing games with my medication. After the PA laughing at me at my previous visit. So they gave me a new visit then sent me a certified letter telling me I was discharged. Cut to the chase I get a new pain management doctor they are waiting for my medical records. After Dr shahid's office saying that they hadn't received the fax numerous times they finally sent the medical records only for the new pain management doctor to put in his notes that he does not know what he can offer me at this time. I have been under pain management for over a year for kidney disease, issues with my back, issues with my knee after knee surgery. So you tell me what they could send to my new doctor to make them not treat me at all? Stay away from this doctor! They will ruin you!”
