“I had a referral for opioid pain management from my surgeon in Columbus. The woman named "Deb" who fields the calls absolutely refused to help me and straight up lied and said "We do not prescribe" opioid's here. I told her not so nicely, that she was a liar that one of their patients sitting beside me had an RX for Oxycodone /Percocet with the doctor's name on them. I turned them into Medicare/Medicaid and filed complaints on the hospital as well. This is ridiculous. I am 67 years old and have no history of drug abuse. I have a broken back and it's hard to get rides to Columbus. I and my daughter will not stop complaining to the government until Mr. Trump has shut this "it" show down and Deb is standing in the unemployment line.”
