“I recently completed 12 sessions over 6 weeks for Achilles tendonitis rehab, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the staff was friendly and the facility pleasant, the overall care felt like a "patient mill" with minimal individualized attention. There was no clear treatment plan, no guidance on how often to do my exercises, rest, or signs to watch for in order to progress safely. I only received this information after I inadvertently irritated my tendon a few weeks in. Additionally, there was no oversight or assessment of my progress during sessions. The assistant who was supposed to observe wasn't paying attention to my form, even when there were no other patients. Despite being told I was 'behind' at my last session, I hadn't received any progressive loading or more challenging exercises. I feel like I wasn't given the necessary information or oversight to ensure safe progress. For the price and time commitment, I expected more personalized care. If you're looking for targeted guidance, I wouldn't recommend this place.”
