Dr. Hetarth Kapadia and his assistant, Dhrupa, treated me 2-3 times a week, and they are truly the best. I'm not saying that to convince anyone -- I've been to several places in Brooklyn, and nowhere have I received the level of attentive, personalized therapy and care that I received here. They genuinely care about your well-being. The office is clean, spotless, organized, and filled with positive energy. “I love the doctors and PTs here. They helped me fully recover from a herniated disc. However, the billing department is a nightmare. I went to all my sessions, paid my copays at the office and then the billing department billed my insurance, but had the payments sent to me without any prior explanation. They started reaching out without itemized receipts or documentation and primarily through phone calls demanding payment. I love the doctors but I will never go back to this practice.”
