“My Wife had worst experience ever. Most painful procedure imaginable. She said, "it felt like my right side from my back to my toes was being electrocuted for 1 very long minute. This is from a simple spinal steroid shot today by Dr.Larsen to relieve lower back pain so I could finish my P.T. on a 1 year old hip surgery for detached tendons. Was not warned that this shot could hurt even close to the amount of pain felt. I yelled and screamed the whole minute and was told to relax and hold on because the medication hadn't been injected yet. I told Dr to stop procedure. He said, That was only the numbing shot. My whole right side down to my toes was on fire the entire time. Pain did not let up during slow injection of steroid medication either. Felt I was being tortured. Never will volunteer for this torture again. Would Rather live with back pain. It's been 6 hours since I got home and I can't lift my right leg. And there's tingling in my right foot. I read the Discharge Instructions and there's no mention of these side effects. I would not go back to Dr. Larsen or recommend him. After reading most of the other bad reviews, looks like I shouldn't expect follow-up on mishaps or procedures that have gone wrong. Something definitely went wrong. Dr. acted some what surprised, like I was faking it. Very cold and unsympathetic towards my horrible experience. "”
