“This was one of the smoothest most gentle epidurals I've ever had. However, this was the first time I met him. He had his back to me when I came in the room and it seemed like he wasn't going to turn around introduce himself. Maybe he was I don't know. But I said hey Dr Randall, wanted to let you know my last epidural was put "off to the right side to try to help more". It did not work I just want to let you know. Still not much introduction. But that was it he proceeded and things went very smoothly. Please doctors remember to greet your new patients”

“I went for relief due to lower back pain, Dr. Randall came in asking me to describe what symptoms I am having, how long was I going through this, what makes the symptoms worse or better, and have I ever try different things to help with the symptoms and I explained to him that I have tried everything, except for surgery which I'm not a fan of doing as of yet. Dr. Randall suggested for me do another injection but in a different area of my back and he's hopeful that the injection will be a lot better than before. This my first time seeing Dr. Randall , so I'm hoping he is correct.”

“If I could give a half a star, I would. Let's start by saying they had my appointment times messed up between what they had and my chart was telling me. So when I show up they say I'm late and cannot sedate me. But I was going by what they communicated to me and what MyChart was saying 1020 show up 11:15 injection. Go to go to the back vey nervous as I hate needles and haven't taken any medications because I was told not too. Was told not to take any blood thinners 24 hours prior so I didn't even stopoed taking the Meloxicam 4 days prior to my injection day as I'm laying on the table being prepared, he decides to say we need to reschedule for Monday. They left this orange soap all over my neck. Very poor communication , very unprofessional.”

“Ive been in the nursing field for over 30 years and have been in SC 8. I am a bit picky with drs but must let you know that Dr Randall is the best !!!! I admit I have a hard time finding someone I trust but this man is top notch. Very personable , professional and caring . He did an epidural on my lumbar spine and went above and beyond to try and give me relief. Whatever the outcome I know he took his time and did his best. The procedure along with his 2 nurses was caring and friendly. I would not want anyone else if I needed to do another one. I recommend Dr Randall highly.”
