“All the negative reviews are true and I'd give these people 0 stars if I could! WORST system I have EVER encountered in 11 years of chronic pain! I was referred to Dr Wright and NEVER saw him in 3 visits! I saw his PA Shannon, who was absolutely awesome. Yes, probably the only one in the office who was pleasant. They were so booked that it was hard to get follow up appointments... I thought, "Wow, they must be really popular!" NOPE. The office was CLOSING and nobody bothered to tell me this as I scheduled my two follow up appointments. In fact, they rescheduled my second follow up because the office was going to be closed before then. They then proceeded to reveal that Dr Wright had undergone surgery himself and ran into complications which is why I had never seen him. They promised they were holding meeting with other physicians to possibly find one to sponsor the clinic and be the stand-in Dr. while he recovered. They told me to call back. So I called back every day and it was the same story until one day, no one answered. I received a hefty bill in the mail for a service which had previously been covered and that I had been promised I would not be billed for. And trust me, my insurance covers nearly everything in the book 100% with a small copay. I battled and battled and the billing company and other managers sent me round and round with multiple phone numbers without any resolution. Now I am being forced to pay this stupid bill without any explanation as to why it I will be sent to a collection agency. If you ever see anyone associated with these people, RUN.”

I have seen hundreds of doctors, due to the fact that I had kidney cancer and many other serious health issues, and have endured over 30 surgeries. I know a great doctor when I see one. Not only is Dr. Wright the very best surgeon I have ever been blessed to be his patient ~ but his staff is second to none!! Every single nurse and PA, from Ashton, Jaime, Alex, Susie, Bonnie, and countless others, have the utmost of compassion, caring words and perfect bed~side manner that I would highly reccommend anyone in need of a surgeon to get into see Dr. Wright and his amazing staff ASAP. This is by far the best practice I have witnessed. I am so grateful !! May God continue to bless each and every single person in the practice.”

If you looking for a pill pusher this isn't your practice, but if you're looking for results my experience has bee second to none!!!”

“This is the worst place to do business with. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Had a procedure done in March for pain in my neck. Woke up and ended up with pneumonia. Called numerous times on the after hours emergency line since they don't answer during the day - Ended up in the emergency room twice to be treated. This doctor put me on Lithium as pain management (NOT ONE DOCTOR I SPOKE WITH SAID IT'S USED FOR THIS TREATMENT). Never weaned me on or off and still couldn't return my after hour calls for the excessive pain I was still encountering. They couldn't bill their invoices correctly and still can't figure out why they haven't been paid properly. I filed complaint with BCBS and am filing complaint against him with NORA. Office Assistant is rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this place. It's a joke!!”
