My wife was forgotten in a patient room, and was waiting for an hour and a half, after the fact being checked in, was brought to a room, then was being told that she would be seen shortly. But obviously she was forgotten, they wouldn't admit to making that mistake, lied that she got "double booked", then was referred to another place to get DIAGNOSED, when she was there to get the diagnosis! It's crazy how you could make such a mistake like that. Do not recommend coming to this establishment, clearly there's problems in their staff for such a huge mistake like that to happen.”

“Terrible customer service, terrible staff, terrible doctor's bedside manner. Negative stars given!!!!!! Denver Diagnostic Pain seems to only care about money. I have tried to make an appointment for months now and left several messages. They never answer the phone, they never follow up. This office charged over $1000 just to be seen for pain meds, and refused to take insurance on an open case with an attorney, even though we were trying to close the case. It has been months of being in pain and that doesn't matter to them. When Dr. Rentz came in, it was all of five minutes he was there, with a very arrogant attitude and rushing through. I do not recommend this office!”
