“This place was an absolute nightmare! I had a shocking experience this morning that I can't shake off. While Heather was great but lady at the front desk was rude and I started to leave then but I overlooked it I saw another patient mention on the review when she walked in the lady at the front desk said we don't do pain medication, and I totally relate. The doctor didn't even bother to examine my wrist before jumping straight to conclusions. He insisted that I was too young for pain medication and needed more surgery, despite me explaining that I've already undergone seven surgeries and am desperate to avoid any further procedures. Then, in the midst of our conversation, he pivoted to talking about cars! I tried to express my concerns as a Black woman about how we often feel overlooked when it comes to our health and mental wellbeing. Sadly, instead of understanding, his response was dismissive: "We're not playing the racist card here." I can't believe he would compare me to a car! This was a completely unprecedented and frustrating experience with a doctor.oh and he also said we don't expect your insurance you paid cash if I was to give you any pain medication I couldn't because you paid cash it wouldn't make me look good as a doctor.”
