“I took my 87 y/o mother here. We waited over an hour to be put in a room then had to wait for the doctor to come in. My mother has dementia & has chronic pain due to her medical conditions. This doctor took his good old time coming in to see her then left the room twice to "review her information". After all that time waiting, he did NOTHING for her. He told me to bring her back in 10 days then MAYBE he could help her. Supposedly he had to get her previous records which he or his staff could have pulled up on the computer. I can't believe a doctor would allow a patient to suffer the way this one did/does. Especially at 87 years old. I wouldn't take my dog to him”

“I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this office. They have horrible attitudes and speak to you in a demeanor that is extremely unprofessional- not only via phone call but also in person. (I knew after the 2 phone calls I had with them, that this was probably going to be the wrong office for me) Between my call for the appointment, the phone call they placed in attempt to change my appointment, my very brief visit there, and the line of people at the door 20 mins before they open that they seem to be a doctor that wants to prescribe medication vs finding out whats causing your actual problem. They also can not read MRIs given on a CD- stated they do not have the software to read the images and that they only use what's told to them via the christiana care portal. (Which everyone can do.) They requested a urine sample upon arrival and said they request one from every patient they see, but we're unable to explain what they test the urine for. They also were immediately defensive when asked what the urine test could be tested for. (Since that wasnt anything that anyone mentioned upon making the appointment, and i wasnt prepared to do so) I'd say if you're looking for pain killers, this seems to be the place to be since medications being prescribed is all they seemed to be mentioning in the short 3 discussions i had with this office. That gave me the impression that they assumed i was a drug addict.... and as someone who intentionally stays away from narcotics after seeing first hand what they can do to people- I feel this review was absolutely necessary for the people who are serious at looking for results, and the rhymes or reasons you're having pain- my advice- keep looking elsewhere!”

“The people there are very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10 AM and I didn't get out to 1 o'clock Very unprofessional. My second visit again was waiting around for two hours to be seen he ordered for MRI and x-ray which I had to pay out of pocket for and he didn't have the time to look at it. And they said I tested positive for something that I have not had in my system for over a month. I will never go back to that office ever again and I definitely would not recommend someone wasting their time and money to see you de Uday and office assistance!”
