“When I 1st started coming here I liked it. But receptionists screwed up n scheduled me n someone else same time same day n I was told because of her mistake I couldn't be seen n to reschedule after sitting and waiting for 30min. already that was 8mos. ago. Today was strike 2 was early to my appt. receptionists wanted me to do my urine sample I did when I returned Dr Kumar was behind me walking to waiting room and skipped over me and called a lady who literally just got there I had been there already 45min. Needless to say because of other appts for surgery prep I left and hope they don't charge my insurance for a seen visit when all they got was urine sample but Needless to say they don't get a 3rd strike good luck if you choose him because it seems it's more about money than people anyway its like cattle being herded”

“We made our appointment 2 weeks before our appointment date. The day before our appointment we received a call stating that they don't take our insurance. You would think that would have been a red flag when making our appointment. Know we wait anther 2 weeks with another doctor.”

“Called 3 days ago to speak with Jessica the owner of the practice. I was hung up on when i called and asked to speak with the owner, called back and was sent to voicemail. Called a 3rd time and was told my information would be sent to the owner who would call me back. Would like to discuss the 1 1/2 hour wait time along with the inappropriate billing of services.”

“This was my first visit for my health issues. The staff and doctor were very nice and helped me in whatever questions I had. The doctor Karma was the best..he took his time to question me inside and out head to toe. By the time I left there I feel they will find out why I have my certain health iss ues. Great parking. Elevator to 2nd floor.”
