“Tried to schedule with Dr. Glassman. I had my records sent to the Foulk Rd office on August 9th and never got a call from them. Called to schedule an appointment and the office couldn't find them, or there was only one person working and they couldn't look for them. I called at least 5 times to sort this out. When they finally called me back, the doctor only wrote the word "No" on my records and the office told me they won't schedule me, giving no explanation. I asked if she could find out why and she said it would be at least a week before he came back. When I pressed for an answer, she said they don't treat chronic conditions(??) or give medication (I was only looking for a second opinion, not meds). So unprofessional. I could have dealt with the office, but the doctor is why I am writing this review. Horrible experience.”
