“Dr. Glassman was a great doctor and this was my first experience at the office. Ladies were wonderful at the front when checking in. Unfortunately though when asked to pay my $75 copay I had told the lady I did not get paid this week so asked to get billed. I did not have a problem paying once I received the bill BUT I could not afford this copay at the time. I have never had a problem getting billed EVER at any medical practice. I'm a 26 year old who is dealing with loss of disc height with extreme lower back/leg pain with numbness to my legs. I've had many appointments with other doctors before seeing Dr. Glassman for my issues. I had to wait to get into this office for an appointment. I also work in the medical field so it is hard to take off work to even have my appointments. Lady who runs the front desk said if I was not to pay today that I would have to reschedule and they would not see me. I was forced to basically overdraft my banking account to be seen which now puts me in a financial bind. I'm not one too write reviews nor complain but personally I think this was wrong to do to any patient. I had stated prior that I've been to many appointments before seeing this office in which I was billed for all of my copays to take care at a later time when I was paid again and could afford it. If this practice seriously does turn away patients for not paying DAY of service they should state that when the appointment is made so nobody else runs into this issue and left just as upset as I was. I did not plan to not have the money but life sure does through wrenches into lives. Hence why I did not have the money. Again Dr. Glassman was a great doctor but the office needs to maybe make patients aware when booking.”

“I had an EMG August 22, 2023 and my doctors office has yet to get the results. I now have to take time out of my day to go to this office and get a copy, meanwhile, I am still in excruciating pain. Would not recommend going to this place to anyone!”

“I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this office for several weeks. The front office manager stated she would call me back on two separate occasions. She never called me back I had to call the office and every time I called the front office manager never remembered my name or that she was to call me after the Dr received my records so we can schedule an appointment. I would never recommend this facility because they do not seem to care about their patients or potential patients at all.”
