“My wife just got out of the hospital for a week due to intractable back pain. This joke of a pain clinic wouldn't even write her an emergency prescription to get her to her appt time due to a drug test not being back for over 3 weeks. Seems like they lost it due to negligence and now are taking it out on my wife. Brittany is a joke of a Nurse Practitioner who can't see that patient care comes first. I plan on showing up to see if I can speak to Dr Aziz in person to untangle the mess of negligence and poor management. Update- it's 10 days later and she misses her appt by 1 hour due to the poor scheduling issues by the clinic. They discharged her from the clinic altogether when there have not been any issues with anything else. Again Brittany is a menace on mental health care and shouldn't be allowed in a pain clinic anymore”

“Dr Harries has been treating my husband for awhile now. We find him to be very knowledgeable, and yes very serious. He has absolutely done everything that he knows to help my husband. He has been kind to us. I do not agree with the clinic not prescribing pain meds, because they do. and yes they test and keep up with your meds. They have all been so nice and accommodating to us. The pain clinic where we live is a pill mill. We wanted help, not more pills to get addicted to. We came to deaconess and glad we did. Treating chronic pain is so hard to figure out and Dr Harries has tried so hard with my husband. Yes, some Doctors do not have great bedside manners, but the level of care is what we're looking for.”

“This is an update. I called to make an appointment to see Doc Frank only to be told he is no longer with West Side pain Clinic. I want to say this man is a Jewel in the desert of Doctors that think patients are just numbers. He always took the time to help me and my spouse in any needs we had. I have had such a improvement in my life since I started seeing him some SIX years ago. They will not say what happened to him, to me that implies it was not his choice. He will be missed at the West Side. Love ya Doc :( As a side note Frank is still in Evansville.”
