“I had an ABSOLUTELY horrible experience there!!! I should have read the reviews. Major major mistake I made trusting them with my health. I'm a successful business professional and respected by many. I'm active in serving in our local church and try my best to be a decent human being and follower of Christ. I've never been treated so awful by a doctor in life! He's a terrible doctor in my opinion. BEWARE! I would avoid Elite Pain Management and Dr Tonkin at all costs! There are so many better options. Read the negative reviews from others and not just here but many other places as well. Read all of the less than 4-5 star reviews. What others have experienced so did I. It's all true. He's treats people with disrespect. Does not listen to patients problems and needs. He is arrogant, no grace or compassion, and will treat you like you're a drug addict and make you feel like a low life. I thought often maybe there should be a class action lawsuit against him and his practice for malpractice for things he does to people which I won't mention here, but I have strongly considered suing him for malpractice. He hurt me physically and mentally! He's a real jerk in his profession, and I also think they try to over charge clients and will try and nickle and dime you to death. I'm still traumatized over the experience 6 months later even though I've found better healthcare options. Dr Tonkin, you need to change your ways brother and you owe me an apology 100%. What you did to me was so wrong and hurtful. I regret meeting you! You hurt me!”

“Dr. Tonkin is by far one of the worst and most medically abusive doctors I've ever met. He even tries to force his religious beliefs down your throat. If he is told no to a procedure he tells you you're an addict even though I take my pain meds LESS than prescribed. He only cares about lining his own pocket by billing the insurance companies a fortune from doing those procedures.”

Terrible, beyond abusive staff that care more about medicine quotas than their patients. DO NOT GO HERE. My friend couldn't get a surgery due to anxiety without his new anti anxiety meds. So what did Elite Pain Management tell her? That she would be weaned from both pain AND anxiety meds. Yeah, completely sane reaction. 5 hour wait time first appt.”
