“Dr. Hou is VERY kind, and understanding, he does such a good job and has wonderful bedside manner. His staff is also very empathetic. My only problem is they never call you, so whenever I need to schedule an appointment I have to harass them, normally they wait to hear back from my insurance and then they call me, nope, I do that because if I waited for them it took them 6 months. I'm not sure why, but I have to assume it's because they are overwhelmed with patients. So 4 instead of 5 stars.”
