“My mother had a radio ablation here a week ago. That went fine, but she is since having horrible pain and needs help. She called them 3 days ago and yesterday with NO response. My husband called them yesterday again with NO response. I called the after hours first thing - 8am - this morning. As of noon today - STILL NO RESPONSE. No follow up phone call to see how she is doing since the procedure a week ago. She is now at a walk in clinic to get some relief since NO ONE is calling her back. I am flummoxed and I wouldn't recommend this office.”
