Patient Testimonials

I have been a patient of doctor Parks for about 5 years now I can honestly say he has been one of the best doctors I've had on my team when it came to treating my pain and listening to my concerns and needs as a patient. He is very knowledgeable about medications as well as what I need to do as an individual to keep up with my health whether it's stretching or working out more or what work outs I should avoid. I would highly recommend him as a doctor there has not been a time I haven't felt my voice was heard and he has gained my upmost trust as his patient

Know I understand why his rating is under 2. I need surgery. 4th back surgery that I need a fusion redone and a screw into each hip. He doesn't care about patients. My 1st visit. He spent 3 min with me and we went over nothing. Xray, mri, c/t scan and all reports were sent to him. Yet he discussed nothing. Don't even bother making an appointment. You'll waste your time. Thinking about everything that is wrong with me and refused to treat me for chronic pain. Which he knows I'm having surgery. Guess 14 surgeries isn't enough. Just take Tylenol. What he prescribes is no better if you suffer from chronic pain and need surgery

I just had to call the office for my husband. The secretary who answered was Extremely Rude, short in her responses and hung up as quickly as possible. My husband's husband son is dismissed with okay just suck it up basically. Unbelievable. He has various health issues and this behavior doesn't help.

I wish I could leave a review lower than one star! This pain management doctor deserves to be stripped of his title. What a terrible terrible terrible doctor. I came to him in the worst pain of my life with a herniated disc that required surgery. The surgery was scheduled to be 2 to 3 weeks out, and I had to endure this awful pain that completely sidelined me from every essential daily life task, and he would not prescribe me any pain medication at all. He showed no empathy and would not even have the decency to return my calls. I called him almost daily in pain, and all he did was prescribe me new anti-inflammatories or different muscle relaxers. I was forced to go to the ER and the doctor on Paul was shocked at his lack of ethics. She immediately hook me up to an IV and gave me morphine. she then gave me a three day supply of pain medication. She would have gave me more, but she said her hands were tied due to the opioid epidemic regulations. This guy sucks. Avoid seeing him if you can.
