“I agree he is a good doctor. He did diagnose my pain. I received an injection. The doctor's problem is time management. Both my visits he was 45 minutes late. With no explanation from his staff. They put you in a room and you wait! He should not schedule so many appointments if he has a time management problem. On my second visit, his female staff at the reception were rude. As I arrived, I asked, "Is the doctor running late"? "I don't know" was the answer. I then asked, "How many patients are ahead of me"? Again, the answer was "I don't know"! If you have time to waste and wait, this is your doctor. They are not worth the aggravation. I guess they forgot to email me a survey to complete on him. As do all the other IBJI doctors.”
