What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I called with a concern following surgery yesterday. Dr. Kim called me personally to explain, and let me know my side effect would wear off in a few hours. It did, and I'm feeling good today. I'm thankful for the great communication. And thankful I found Dr. Kim.”

“Dr. Kim and his staff were polite and kind. They explained what was going to happen and any other questions I may have had. They accomodated my various other disabilities to allow me to relax before, during, and after my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff. Thank you all.”

“I've lived with chronic pain for many years and have seen several pain doctors. I can honestly say that Dr. Kim rates very highly with me. He understands chronic pain, he is compassionate, he listened to what I had to say and treated me with kindness. I would recommend him if you have untreated pain issues and are looking for ways to manage day to day. I've also recently received much needed trigger point injections. After some initial soreness at the injection sites, I'm getting relief from the chronic pain that the trigger points caused in my back.”

“This review is specifically regarding a procedure I had on 7/23/24. This was the worst procedure I've had at the hands of Dr. Kim and I am pretty certain it will be the last time I will allow him to touch me. I was supposed to have a medial branch block. Not only did the procedure not work, I am in more pain than I was when we started. I am having pain in places that never I had pain before. It has been eight days and I still have visible bruises. I have two knots, one on each side of my neck that weren't there before the procedure. The knot on the left side hurts even to light touch which makes putting ice on it quite difficult. Ice and ibuprofen are not helping at all. I gave this information to the nurse that called to check on me and she said, "oh well we would've told you to use ice and ibuprofen also so there's not really anything else we can do." That clearly includes not calling back to see if I am better. Dr. Kim called me at 7:30 AM on the morning of the procedure to tell me there would be no anesthesia because a patient had had a bad reaction to their anesthesia and had to go to the hospital by ambulance so he wouldn't be doing anesthesia for awhile. He prescribed some anti anxiety medicine for me to pickup before my procedure. The medication was not ready until 9:30 and my check-in time was 10:15. I took the second tablet about five minutes before my procedure. I know that patients have bad reactions from anesthesia at hospitals but that doesn't stop every other patient from receiving anesthesia. I believe it should've been Dr. Kim who didn't perform any procedures for whatever the length of time is he can't provide it for his patients. Upon hearing that one of his patients was doing worse it seems like the compassionate thing to would be to have someone call back to see if I got better. I'm guessing though that since he stopped using anesthesia since someone had a bad reaction that he probably just had them stop calling me because I had a bad reaction.”
