“I had a very poor experience at Premier Bone and Joint. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was even seen. When I finally did meet with the doctor, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He told me, "only people who are dying need opioid meds," which was completely inappropriate and insensitive considering I've been living with chronic pain for over 12 years. Instead of trying to find the root cause of my pain or discussing possible surgical options, he just gave me a steroid injection and told me to come back in four months. I was hoping for real help and a long-term solution--not another temporary fix or judgmental comments. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and frustrated. Patients deserve compassion, timely care, and a doctor who takes their pain seriously. I would not recommend Premier Bone and Joint to anyone seeking genuine help for chronic pain.”
