Patient Testimonials

I'm not a fan of this location. I had a Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection. I wasn't told about a co-pay until after I arrived. Also, I was told over the phone during my appointment confirmation call that if I chose to be sedated for the procedure, I'd receive a medication via IV to put me to sleep. The person on the phone gave me a specific name for the medicine that would be used to put me to sleep. However, I was given a different medication that was supposed to "relax" me. I asked if they were going to wait for the "relaxation" meds to activate before numbing and I was told no. They completed the procedure before the medication started working. Literally gave me the meds via IV and within a 1 minute, I was being numbed. The procedure started immediately after the numbing agent was given. I feel like I wasted my money as I will be billed for a sedation that wasn't provided. I left the office annoyed. I feel like the injection intensified my existing back pain. Went to Google if I can take a hot bath with Epsom for relief and it says that I should avoid baths for 24 hours. Didn't get any aftercare instructions from the facility before leaving. Ugh. I wish I had waited for the doctor that I normally see to have availability to do the procedure. I will never return to this location again.

Friendly and courteous staff, wait time is doable and injections were provided by very professional nurses and doctors. Phil M

I had a first time patient appointment scheduled. I called a week prior to cancel and left a message. A week later they called to confirm the apt. I called back and left a message I'm sure they won't get it but the problem is no one answers the phone nor do they return phone calls. I do not want to go to a business especially a health provider that doesn't answer their phone. Unprofessional and it doesn't make me feel confident in this business. So if yall are reading this I tried canceling twice a week apart. I'm not coming.

1st of March, I have a VM to call about insurance. No longer taking WC. Did I want to use private insurance? But if course, NOT. I returned the call, left a VM, twice, fire a return call.... STILL waiting. Picking up the phone to return a VM is not hard. Bit don't so is RUDE. And they do not care!
