“My first appointment at Cyril Pain Clinic I met with Dr. Dina Hanna. I could tell that she had read all the information on the forms that I had filled out before our appointment. She is very knowledgeable and we talked about different procedures that I could possibly do to manage my back pain. I did not feel pressured into making a decision that day on what procedure we could start with. I had plenty of time to think about it. She is kind and compassionate And I did not feel rushed during our appointment. I could feel that she was genuinely concerned with my situation. For my monthly appointments, I now meet with Elizabeth Ghindia NP. Our appointments are very productive and I do not feel like I've wasted my time meeting with her. “St Cyril/Mina pain center, by far the greater establishment. The staff is the Friendliest , caring and know matter how much pain you're in, always puts a smile on your face. I have had multiple procedures, with huge results. I suffer from severe migraines, neck pain, and shoulder pain. I had a trigger point injection that has lasted over 6 months and no migraine. After trying several medication's, for migraines. I will keep getting these injections.”

“Life is too short to be playing with someone's time. I called them yesterday about scheduling an appointment for my person. Called them around 12pm. They wanted to eat lunch and put me on hold. Ask me to call back after. I was even mindful enough to contact back at 12:15pm. When I called I told the lady My person didn't have a primary care doctor. Took his number from me and told me that someone would call him to schedule. His pain is horrible. I am concerned and there was no empathy whatsoever. The voice of the lady was so chilling and cold. I thought from the first call I could be being racially profiled. Today just now. She asked me his name, and asked me his primary care. She then said they can't see him without him having a primary care. She ignored that I said anything involving being human. You would be concerned to even trust them with your dog. Today is my birthday. I ended the call. Told her to have a nice day. I was already nervous off reviews before my 3 phone calls. Kindness is key and I felt nothing at all. Food is more important than the service of people. I only write reviews when I feel the need. This was horrible. We have great insurance. 2 days wasted when I could have figured out another solution before this moment. They cheated me off that. I meant zero stars. That's not an option.”

“Staff is very rude. Place is dirty. Went with my husband for a visit took us to where they were doing procedures. No curtains were closed people lying in beds was totally inappropriate. Will never go back.”
