“First appointment of course was a consultation type appointment second time I went here I was told that they have the pre-authorization I'm good to go when I checked my insurance app account there is no pre-authorization on there but I just speak to my insurance company through chat and they confirmed that I was good to go that's the only reason I had the first injection so anyway the third appointment I was scheduled for the the second injection in which when I went there ended up paying $60 for an office visit that I was told that they have to find out any updates because my insurance doesn't allow phone calls which they do cuz I spoke to my insurance company and they definitely in fact allow electronic phone calls to receive to request an update on the status of my visit so lost $60 there even though it's supposed to have the injections that day I guess the doctor was busy and decided they were just going to do an office visit that day cuz the paperwork I had said I was having the second injections anyhow the fourth visit is when I had the second injections and scheduled to have the final surgery October 31st and I guess the way they worded it my insurance company decides they're going to make me pay a $300 copay so I contacted the insurance company and they said that it is the businesses fault because they worded it as surgery when it was the injections that I had there was the scheduled office visit it was not the ER so my insurance company redid the claim and corrected everything for me after they checked everything out so I just called to pay the $60 copay of course they still have 300 listed and the insurance company said they should have updated their records because my insurance company resubmitted the correct billing / claim to them on December 13th it is now December 19th but yet they still have 300 in their system so of course I called the number on the Midwest Spine billing and all their number changed by the way they didn't even update this when they sent me out the letter so I called that number and well they're not in their office today so I work Monday Tuesday Wednesday and then here it's going to be holidays because of Christmas and when am I going to be able to call them and pay this bill so I'm hoping they don't send it to collections because if they do then I'm going to be filing a complaint which I should file a complaint anyway considering the fact that I paid an office visit fee and they lied and said that my insurance company doesn't allow me to do electronic updates which they do so technically this office owes me $60 but I'm about to pay $60 for my last office visit that I technically shouldn't have to pay because the head nurse there lied inside of my insurance company doesn't allow over the phone updates so I might file a complaint about that cuz I could have saved myself 60 bucks but why do that when they get money for people going in the office. Be careful with some of these reviews a lot of these people are deceased just saying how could they leave a review if they're deceased”
