“These folks are nice enough, in general, but do NOT try to use their tele-health appointments and don't expect much customer service from the front desk. Today they struggled to set up my mom's telehealth visit and finally got her in the virtual "lobby" an hour after her appointment, then never showed up. I drove to their office and found them closed. An employee was inside and when she came out to go home I told her my mom was still in the virtual lobby. She knew who I was talking about and said "well the doctor is gone for the day. We called your mom and couldnt reach her". (So they just left her there for the weekend?) Turns out they had called my dad and that's the phone being used for the "lobby visit", so the call was missed and no VM was left. It was also immediately returned, but went straight to voice mail an hour before closing time. Honestly, this place caters to people that need pain meds and they don't seem to prioritize much else. If you're looking for good family healthcare, seek other options. If you're looking for pain meds, this place is probably ok. I won't ever darken the door of the place for my own care. I went there to get a referral to a spine doctor and when they found out I didn't want any prescription pain meds, they didn't want to see me anymore.”
