“I started going in November 2022. When I first walked in I saw my School mate and she was on the phone talking to my ex and he is her husband now. From the first day, I went in Sloan office I always recorded my visit with him. Especially when I noticed that my schoolmate was talking about me with two of the his other nurses and I knew it. They thought they were smarter than me. I always record every conversation jot down everything they always said screenshot it everything they always sent to my phone from messenger, my school mate thought she's deleted it, but she didn't. She only deleted it from her phone. I have it still on my phone. I screenshot it, because I had a feeling something like this was going to happen to me. So I have all the evidence. it is a lot. At first, I really like going to CSR Pain Management. I thought that they were helping me but when someone came to me and told me that a doctor should not be going in your back every three months I thought something was wrong with that. I feel that all he wants is a check All the information That I have on them. I'm thinking about taking it to the Medical Board. I was wrong for Messaging her cousin to get my medicine, but my back was Hurting so bad and I asked him for an increased he told me no! I have on recording them talking about me during my procedure when I was asleep. If you all continue to go to Sloan Allen, I will pray for you all. He messed up my back so bad. I get nerve blocks in it, and I might have to have surgeries from my L3 to my L5, but I have faith in the doctor that I have now all I know is everything happen for a reason and God knew That I needed to leave CSRA pain before I was in a wheelchair.”

“I've been a patient of CSRA pain management, since 2017. I have degenerative disc disease of the entire spine, with resultant severe stenosis in several locales. Also scoliosis with a 13 degree Cobb angle. I get the injections every 3 months. They work very good for me. I have had, only good experiences at Dr. Sloan's office. Thank you, Dr. Sloan and staff!! “I am writing this with a heavy heart to share our deeply traumatic experience with CSRA Pain Management. My mother, Susie English, was under Dr. Sloan's care for pain management. Tragically, she passed away a year ago today (at the young age of 52 years old) from sepsis secondary to epidural abscess. Following her spinal injection treatment on Thursday, May 18, 2023, my mother's health deteriorated rapidly following her last treatment, culminating in her untimely and unexpected death on May 24, 2023.
