And then the pain pump does not work and she keeps calling them. She goes to the ER and they say the pump is not working and they keep doing the same stuff over and over again until she's in so much pain, so she can't even hardly move. This place is ridiculous. They don't follow through. They don't call when they said they're gonna call. I would stay away from this company. Commonwealth pain clinic is so much better. They have real compassion this place has not.”
