“I want to start this post with that Dr. Kitchen is now the only person I will at this location. The reason for 1 star is because of certain NP that don't read all the paperwork that is being included with a referral that they demand to see before you can be a patient. Plus, I'm not trying to knock down people who become NP and I have worked with some great ones but there are certain NP that they know everything under the sun.bit do they have a MD behind their name. No they don't. So, if you want to be a MD then put in the time and effort to be a great doctor who listens to this patients. Without patients then how will the medical field get paid. So, people need to listen to their patients.”

“Dr. McCutcheon and her team are phenomenal! She is on target with direct communication while caring for my mother. Doesn't set false expectations while still delivering effective treatments, but most of all not allowing my mother to become drug addicted despite the pain. Bravo!! Front desk staff and nurses are wonderfully accommodating & helpful. Phone answering people to the main line (I assume in Jax) leave a little be desired, but they won't ruin the stars for the MHC office in my eyes. Thank you guys for your care and your professionalism!”

“My name is Chris Ajinga. On 13 June I had a follow up appt with Dr Harum. The appt was for a facet block/injection. I initially met Dr Harum on 31 May where he looked at my MRIs. We discussed my pain issues and my recent diagnosis of terminal bone cancer throughout my spine. I was seeking pain relief for the bone pain. Dr Harum prescribed a pain patch that unfortunately does not work on this pain. As I entered the Crystal Coast Pain Management center for my scheduled appt with Dr Harum I was met by Michael who was to prep me for the facet block procedure. I told Michael of my pain issues and it would not be possible to lay on my stomach for the procedure and that I needed to talk with Dr Harum about the pain patch he prescribed. Michael left me and when he came back he said he spoke to Dr Harum. Dr Harum told Michael he did not remember me. No problem as I said if he just stepped in to see me he would. Michael said the facet block procedure was canceled as I could not lay on my stomach. Again I asked to speak with Dr Harum regarding the ineffective pain relief prescribed and never saw him. Michael said this day was reserved for office procedures and Dr Harum could not/would not see me and to schedule a follow up appt for next week. I was shocked that Dr Harum could so easily dismiss a patient's request to see him during a time of urgent need. Michael was apologetic and helped me schedule the follow up appt. Based upon the lack of attention/ compassion demonstrated by Dr Harum, I cannot recommend this office to any patient. It appears as though the procedures day of multiple facet blocks is their money making process. Cannot for the life of me understand how a Doctor could be so callous and indifferent to a patient. He didn't even take the time already allotted to me to respond to my request for assistance. Not even to step in and see if he could "remember" me. I will not be returning to your practice.”
